Osteopathy

 What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is based on the principle that the well-being of an individual depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue functioning smoothly together. The therapy is a way of detecting, treating and preventing health problems by moving, stretching and massaging a person’s muscles and joints.  Our team of Osteopaths are highly experienced and can help treat your injuries ranging from postural pain to sporting injuries.

All our Osteopaths are regulated by the General Osteopathic Council and covered by all major health insurance companies such as AXA-PPP, BUPA, Vitality, Aviva and Cigna.
