Personal Training


Purus Active Health provides intelligent, results-driven personal training delivered in a private studio. Our remit is to help you achieve changes by working within a bespoke training structure including regular check-points and reviews whilst keeping your experience challenging and enjoyable.

Our personal training studio

Our fitness studio is fully equipped including locker and shower room and we do not charge a membership fee. We aim to keep the number of clients using the training space at any one time to a minimum so as to keep your training more personal.

Your personal training journey

We tailor the fitness journey to help you achieve your goals. Following your induction we develop a training plan and nutrition advice designed to support your image, fitness and lifestyle goals. As your training progresses, we conduct review sessions with measurable check points and goal evaluation to help you stay on track.

Personal training session

To ensure you stay both physically and mentally challenged, we incorporate a range of training styles, methods and disciplines into your sessions. You can choose to train for 1 hour, 45 minutes or ½ hour with one of our trainers. We also encourage you to use our cardio equipment before or after your session free of charge.

Outside the gym

So that you do not lose focus on your journey, outside our sessions we provide resources and guidance in the form of exercise programs, nutritional advice, training schedules and unique on-line assistance to keep you heading in the right direction. We are also always on the end of email if you ever need us.

Getting started

We start all new clients on their fitness journey with a comprehensive induction and physical analysis. This is so we can help you develop short and long term goals and to understand your ability and potential. We build the information into your program so that our trainers’ can deliver structured, result-driven sessions based around what you want to achieve
